Cellulite is a common problem for all women and affects our mood and psychology. We can treat cellulite and get beautiful and firm skin.
How can cellulite be treated?
Various non-invasive treatments are used to treat cellulite, which are often combined. However, in all cases, adequate water intake, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, few saturated fat and mild exercise to enhance the effect, are recommended.
The methods used are:
1) Mesotherapy
This technique can be used not only for anti-aging treatments but for treating cellulite as well. There are special substances that help to break down fat, improve microcirculation and drain lymph.
2) Cavitation
It is a focused ultrasound device which is applied on the treated area .Ultrasound leads to liquefaction of fat cells and destruction of their cell membrane, which is removed by the lymphatic and venous pathway into the circulation and eventually excreted from the body by urine. The same technique is also used to reduce local fat (e.g. thigs, waist, arms). Cavitation is commonly used in combination with RF technology, which appears to help to reduce cellulite but also to tighten the skin.
3) Lymphatic massage (drainage)
Lymphatic massage is an adjuvant treatment and it is combined with Cavitation and RF, usually in the same session. They are devices that perform strong lymphatic massage and by increasing the microcirculation and thus tissue oxygenation they help removing toxic substances and fat degraded by Cavitation with the lymph. This improves the effect on the cellulite treatment.
For a better and longer-lasting result, combine a balanced diet, light exercise (e.g. walking) and plenty of water!
